How We Can Help

We are a clinic specialising in sleep disorders. We would be happy for you to work with us to help you in your journey to achieve better sleep. We can offer bespoke treatment plans which are based on the latest scientific evidence.

Your journey may begin with a consultation with our sleep specialists who will thoroughly assess your sleep health and offer a diagnostic and treatment plan. Next stop will be to have a diagnostic study which will elucidate the sleeping issues in greater detail. The studies are conducted by our specialist physiology team.

Following on this there will be a further discussion on confirming the treatment plans and undergoing treatment.

Your journey will continue through our assessment and reassessment of your treatment with our expert teams until we achieve better sleep.

How to Request a Chaperone

People affected by this service should be aware of the following :

01

A chaperone will be offered by the examining healthcare professional regardless of whether you and the healthcare professional are the same gender.

02

You can request an examination to stop at any time.

03

A healthcare professional is unlikely to be willing to proceed with an intimate examination without a chaperone present unless there is a clear and pressing clinical need and a delay could adversely affect your health or prognosis

04

A family member or a friend is not an impartial observer and so cannot act as your chaperone.

05

You can ask for a chaperone to be present during an examination or consultation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What should I bring to my first appointment?

Please bring any relevant medical records, a list of current medications, and your insurance details if applicable.

Is there parking available?

Most of our central London locations are within walking distance of Underground stations. For the Waterfront Elstree location, on-site parking is available.

How do video consultations work?

Once booked, you will receive a secure link via email. You can join the session using any smartphone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet connection.

Do I need a GP referral?

No, you do not need a GP referral to book an appointment with us. We accept direct self-referrals from patients who want to fast-track their sleep assessment. However, if you plan to use private medical insurance, your insurer may require a GP referral letter before they authorise coverage.

Does my health insurance cover this?

Yes, most major private medical insurers cover our consultations and treatments, as our clinic is CQC registered and led by GMC-registered consultants. Because every policy is different, we always recommend contacting your insurance provider before your appointment to confirm your coverage and obtain a pre-authorisation number.

How much does a first appointment cost?

Our initial specialist assessments start from £295. This includes a comprehensive review of your sleep history and symptoms with one of our consultant-led specialists. Any diagnostic tests or ongoing treatment plans recommended during this consultation will be clearly explained and priced separately.

How long does it take to get an appointment?

We understand that sleep issues can severely impact your quality of life, so we try to keep wait times as short as possible. Most patients are able to secure an appointment across our London or Hertfordshire clinics—or via video consultation—within 7 days of contacting us.

What sleep disorders do you treat?

We treat the full spectrum of sleep disorders. This includes common issues like chronic Insomnia, Snoring, and Sleep Apnoea, as well as complex conditions such as Restless Leg Syndrome (RLS), Periodic Limb Movement Disorder (PLMD), Narcolepsy, Parasomnias (like sleepwalking), and Circadian Rhythm Disorders.

What if I'm not sure exactly what's wrong with my sleep?

That is completely normal—many patients just know they feel exhausted, sleep poorly, or wake up unrefreshed. You don't need a label or a diagnosis before you speak to us. Our initial consultation is designed to act as a detective process; we will look at your sleep patterns, lifestyle, and symptoms together to pinpoint exactly what is going on.

What happens after my consultation?

Following your initial assessment, your consultant will provide a clear overview of their findings. Depending on your symptoms, they may recommend a home sleep study, suggest specific lifestyle modifications, or prescribe a tailored treatment plan (such as CBT-I for insomnia or CPAP setup for sleep apnoea). A detailed clinic letter will also be sent to you, and to your GP if you wish.
